To have your event or activity approved to be included on the church calendar you must go through the following process: TEMPORARY PROCESS Team Leader fills out the Calendar Request Form Team Leader gives to Contact Ministry Assistant The Ministry Assistant gives to Linda Christensen APPROVAL PROCESS Goes to Monday Ministers Staff Meeting Sound/Equipment (if needed) Approval Given Childcare (if needed) Approval Given Food Service (if needed) Approval Given Custodial/Facilities as needed Approval Given Once everything is approved it will be CONFIRMED ON CALENDAR The Team Leader who made the request will receive written approval
To have your event or activity advertised in the bulletin, wavelink, or service slide show you must fill out a publications request form and turn in to Linda Christensen in the office. You must submit the form at least two weeks prior to the publication request date.
